‘That Mum’ with Jo McMeechan, Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist

What started as an interview with Jo to empower parents needing to bridge the gap turned into a conversation (an epic one!) about what it’s like to parent a child who doesn’t fit the box whilst living in a pandemic.

Jo is a highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist living and working in Bristol, UK. With extensive experience working with children from 0-16 years with a variety of physical needs.  After 8 years in the NHS I left to pursue a career in independent practice, setting up Jo McMeechan Physiotherapy & Wellbeing.

Jo offers a range of online services to bridge the gap between the cost of private provision and access to NHS resources. I am delighted to be offering some pioneering opportunities for Parent and Professional education and virtual consultations via my Facebook group and membership platform with plans for webinars and courses into 2021.
